“Restaurant dirty, ordered from app so food would be ready, didn't fill it until I arrived and didn't find the food. Took even longer because they had to make the chicken. We only ordered a bucket of chicken. New workers in restaurant.

“This KFC is one of the friendliest I’ve visited. The manager, Jorge, warmly greeted me and was extremely helpful. With 18 years at KFC, it’s clear he loves his job and excels at it. “I was literally having the worst day of my life today and all I wanted was a kfc bowl made a certain way and the guy made it for me no problem and I asked for extra gravy with my mashed potatoes and he gave me extra for sure- thank you kfc!!!“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“
