I came in the middle of a rush and I had a large order so waiting was expected .. so now to the people complaining about over priced .. if you eat out these days expect to pay for it especially new york its not the restaurants fault .. the workers especially the guy i think was the manager because he was dressed differently was very nice and apologizing for the wait but it was at rush time so I had already expected to wait .. over all everything was great. .“

From what I can say, it won’t be your best chicken place; But it is damn good for its price.

They are consistent in that every time I come here I get fresh, crispy well seasoned tenders. The staff are attentive and they get your order out in a timely manner.

I have yet to be disappointed.

My usual is the 4pc tenders with fries, a drink and a regular sized mac n cheese. My sauce of choice is buffalo and ketchup👍🏽“

“I'm going to be completely honest, I'm not a fan of their fried chicken. I think it has an unusual oily smell/taste and I prefer Kennedy Fried Chicken's chicken. But, the other items available here makes it so nice to stop by. Their prices are great too. I'd recommend their potato wedges, fried jumbo shrimp, burgers, and gyros. The people that work here are wonderful and are a big reason why I come back. The gentleman at the front also speaks Spanish and helps people order, you can tell everyone appreciates him.

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“
