“Amazing food and top-notch service! I absolutely love the meals here. However, I did encounter a small issue with my recent Grubhub orders that I hope the owner can look into. When I order the Almond Butter Toast with a quantity of 2 and slices set to 2, I should receive 4 slices in total. But what ends up happening is I only get 2 slices, and to work around this, I have to place 2 separate orders for 1 slice each to ensure my order was right to make up for the missing food.

While I don’t mind this workaround since I love the food, it does seem like there might be a glitch with how the system processes orders when selecting 2 orders of 2 slices each. For example, when I ordered 2 with 2 slices, I was charged $13.98 but i only got 2 slices, but when I ordered 2 single slices, the total came to $9.98. Hope this review helps your correct this one little issue.“

“Best place to get a healthy or energy motivated smoothie, I got the Hulk and it was an awesome smoothie, best one I've ever had down there on Long Island. The staff themselves were exceptional and Will help you decide the best smoothie that fits your workout style. I definitely plan on making a second trip there again.“

“I’ve came here 2 times already But the thing I most recommend is the vibe!
The whole place is super cool definitely a hidden gem. Tons of board games and arcade games to use (FOR FREE). Even a giant connect 4.
Definitely stayed there playing for a while. Also I have to say the people who work there are super nice.
So far I’ve had their Oreo bubble tea very good. And there macaroons pistachio and cookies and cream very fresh and delicious. Also I had 2 types of there dumplings I recommend the beef that one was pretty good.. (I did not care for the chicken it was just not good it tasted like curry, very weird it also made my stomach feel bad). This place is more if you have a sweet tooth..
I’m dying to try there waffle croissants they have so many toppings.. I will definitely be back !“

Food is good and the smoothies are great. Typically staff are very helpful. May not be the friendliest but they always get the food and smoothies out.“

I had a problem with my doordash order (door dashes fault not Sobols) and Lauren and Felicia quickly resolved it and remade my order after my doordash driver dropped it and it exploded all over the bag. “T3 nutrition is the place to go to get your health and wellness on. You have Val and Brandon who will guide you through a workout journey a weight loss journey and help you be the best person you can be. The shakes there are phenomenal!!! They have these delicious protein waffles you have to try them they are out of this world! And on top of that you can't beat the company that comes in everyone is so friendly everyone is so helpful everyone is so nurturing and caring I love going to this place and I will be here and work out with them as long as they'll let me!“
