Prospect on Union is a charming and clean restaurant known for its friendly staff and delicious food. Guests often praise the atmosphere as top notch, making it a great spot for a good time. The menu features popular items like the smash burger, Cheesy Chicken Dip, steak, chimichurri shrimp, and lobster Mac n cheese, all described as amazing and terrific. The drinks are also highly recommended, especially the cocktails crafted by the talented mixologist, with the beet drop drink being a standout. Service is attentive and personable, adding to the positive experience. Customers enjoy the friendly vibe, tasty meals, and excellent fries. While most reviews highlight the great food and welcoming staff, one reviewer expressed disappointment over the overpriced Diet Coke and mismatched music that didn't suit the restaurant's vibe. Overall, Prospect on Union is considered a great place for good food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere, with many eager to return.
