“This beer is a must have if you are remotely close. Most unique but absolutely the most delicious beer I’ve ever tasted. Awesome location, dog friendly, and great atmosphere. Pretty sure the owner was pouring beers when we were there, and that’s awesome! So interesting hearing about the farm. If you like beer or wine there’s something here you’ll love.“
“Yesterday we passed by this brewery and decided to go in. Inside the room is average size, what I didn't really like is that there is no design, it's just a boring room with tables. The bar counter was served by a nice and professional young Asian lady. My husband and I always try flights, here the flight consisted of 3 types of beer, the volume was not small, I still prefer when the flight is 5-6 types, but smaller in size, so I can choose a larger amount of future purchase. We sat outside, there were several large wooden tables with umbrellas. The territory was also simple, without design, looked a little unkempt. There was a music group preparing for a performance, but we left without having time to listen. I really like live music in such places. Of the 3 types of beer, I liked 2, my husband liked 1, we bought a type of beer to take with us that we had not tried and it turned out to be not bad. The prices are average.“
“Tweaks on classic style brews on menu, good vibes throughout. Ordered the chocolate-hazelnut and was NOT AT ALL disappointed! Bartenders were amiable and bar was visited by many locals. Great stop!“

“If your looking for great brews and great people Obscure Oscillation Brew Company is the place for you !! Very Knowledgeable . Amazing beers!!! To fit all styles !!! They know there stuff! “As a party of 4 we dined here on Friday November 28. We ordered 3 different burgers, two different styles of wings, pickle chips and a side of fries. The burgers were amazing. The wings and fries were great and the pickle chips were fantastic. The beer selection is good and not overwhelming. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The place was not crowded and is low key. You can find a quiet corner or go to the back game room which has picnic style seating and is more lively. The prices are very reasonable. I’m sorry I didn’t take any photos to post along with this review. I highly recommend dining here. We will go back for sure.“

“Bad Seed was always our favorite HV cidery. We fell in love with their cider and beautiful orchard when we used to live down the road. When we got engaged we immediately reached out to inquire about having our wedding there, fully expecting that it would be out of our budget. Instead, it was one of the most affordable options in the area so we immediately booked it! We are so so grateful for Devin and the incredible staff at Bad Seed, who went out of their way to make sure us and our guests had the best time. Everyone commented on how great the cider was, how beautiful the ceremony and reception space was, and how kind the bartenders were. It was the best day, and will forever be our favorite place to return to every time we visit family in the area. If you’re getting married in the Hudson Valley, look no further than Bad Seed, it has it all!“

“After trying a flight last night I had to go back tonight to work my way through their taps. I'm happy to report that I was very happy too. The staff are wonderful. My only comment is the lighting, as the space was a bit dark. If you like experimenting with beer, then this is a must visit!

“Nice spot! The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t drink alcohol but hubby thought their craft beers are top-notch, with Hurricane Kitty and Mother's Milk being my favorites. They also have live music events that make the place even more fun. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“
“Went for a tour and tasting and everything was fabulous, from the space itself to the tour guide, the facility, the attention to detail, the information, and, maybe most importantly, the sakes. Clean, smooth, absolutely delicious. I am a convert to sake and understand why Dassai has such an outstanding reputation. ⭐️“

“We had a fantastic experience at Zeus Brewing while visiting from out of town. Maria, our server, was absolutely AWESOME —she picked the perfect beer flight for me, and everything she suggested was spot on. The Reuben burger was absolutely delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the peach and basil beer—it was such a unique and refreshing flavor. The hostess also gave us great recommendations for things to do while we’re in town. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“
