Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back.
