The waitress could not have been more efficient and attentive, as well as personable on such a busy day. I had called earlier in the week to see if they took reservations, and it was explained that if you leave your name and a time of arrival, sign in when you arrive, that you kind of move to the head of the line. Not exactly a reservation, but close to it. Upon arrival, we did not have long to wait. I had enough food to take half home for another meal. I am looking forward to eating there again. We chose to eat a dinner at 7:00pm, because one year we tried the afternoon and it was so packed we could not even get takeout. Also, they gave out a $10 gift card which I used yesterday.”

The fries were soggy, and my parents food was just slightly warm. The waitress Sofia gave my daughter a free ice cream scoop coin which was nice but then we were charged for the ice cream! Also they did away with the gouda fries which were amazing!! they need to bring them back asap! I hate when restaurants take things off their menus that so many people love.”

You have a large menu with fairly good options and the standard bright yellow fried rice that's usually around. The price is reasonable and there are lunch specials and combo options too. Not bad for somewhere to get something quick. It's more a takeout spot but you can also sit and eat if you want to and they are pretty accommodating in that regard. Not a bad option to consider in the area.

“The people here really go out of they're way for you. The food is pretty good. I ordered chow fon pork and it was delicious. The boneless spare ribs were on point, better than other places in this area.
The egg rolls were nice and crispy, and flavour full. My father in law said he liked the seafood delight. I liked the dumplings, they were really authentic. My dad said the chicken and broccoli was good, and he used to run a restaurant.
My only issue was the egg rolls were smaller than other places, and the hot spicy beef forgot the beef. It was all onions and peppers...
Despite that they gave us a coupon and over all I would definitely eat here again.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality & portion of my beef with broccoli & my chicken with broccoli orders. There was plenty of the proteins and the broccoli was fresh and crunchy. The sauce was perfect (not too salty, spicy) as we came from the hospital so there was no chancing anything that could upset the stomach. We also ordered chicken wings which were made fresh. There was plenty of napkins & sauce with our order. No complaints. This place should have a higher rating.They are the best Chinese takeout place in the area.”

“Azteca Deli in Westbury is another excellent authentic Mexican restaurant. You may have seem my past posts about other Mexican food establishments in Westbury. I've also reviewed Azteca in the past but all those times I was picking up food. Today I finally stopped by for lunch inside the Deli/restaurant. The sitting down experience totally kicks ass!!! I love the vibes here. Fast paced happy Mexican music called Norteno blasts from the speakers above. The Aztec themed colors and artworks are on the walls. There are gods myth and legends in this place as the very friendly owner spoke to us about less known Mexican travel destinations. The complimentary starter appetizers of sliced cucumbers, radish, and Tortilla chips show off the authenticity of this Mexican restaurant. We ordered Birira Tacos, Pancita (menudo) tripes soup, and a Chucharrone Guisado which is a stewed simmer down deep fried pork served with rice and beans with green sauce. The hotsauces, salsa, pickled onions, and condiments are so good here. We had these $7 huge drinks of Horchata as well as Jamaica(Sorel) very delicious and generously presented.
The festive Mexican music here adds happy touch to the delicious experience.

“Rave review for Mediterranean Kebab House in Westbury. My husband and I went out to lunch with friends from Turkey. The problem was that our interpreter could not make it. My husband called the Restuarant to make reservations and asked if there was someone there that could help with the translating. Google is not always accurate. The person that answered the phone was the owner. He said that he would translate for us. He came to our table and translate for our group almost the entire time that we were there, while also taking care of his our clientele. The food was superb! We feasted on- Mediterranean salad Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions topped with feta cheese mixed with olive oil, vinegar, juice dressing. Family plate Chicken chops, chicken Shish, lamb Shish, lamb Adana, chicken Adana, lamb gyro, rice Mixed appetizers Hummus, babaganoush, eggplant salad, sauced eggplant and stuffed grape leaves.”
