I saw a dish called Malayang on their menu board and it looked very appetizing. So I ordered the fish Malayang, extra spicy version. I have to say that my mouth started watering as soon as I saw it. This restaurant is located inside the food court of 99Ranch supermarket. Ordered the signature dish- Spicy and tangy fish filet soup with pickle cabbage. The order came with a small rice. Authentic and tasty, good balance of flavors. Quick and friendly service. A bit disappointed because they did not have cold appetizers available at the time of my visit. Definitely recommend others to try it. Will return.
