Just as I remembered! Georgia doesn't have... :-(
Taking a "Jim Keegan, this is your life tour" following dinner in Island Park and on the way back to the hotel, I stopped here. This was the very first official job I ever had (45 years ago) working at this Carvel! When I worked there, my favorite sundae I made for myself was a butterscotch sundae on chocolate chip mint ice cream!! Carvel restaurant has new management that is friendly, respectful, and provides excellent service. The ice cream is delicious, and they can decorate cakes to your preference. The place is clean and inviting, making for an enjoyable dining experience. The new owners are so incredibly nice and sweet and helpful. New management is awesome, they've been very accommodating to special requests for Oatly non-dairy soft serve flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Under the new management, the service was great. The staffs are nice and polite. They recommend their bestsellers. The flavors and ice creams available are what makes it worth it. It's worth giving Carvel another try.
