“My complaint is about the service via uber eats. You guys have a tendency of giving people less condiments than they order. The uber eats app allows you to select ketchup, mustard etc as well as sauces. On 5 occasions I have ordered 5 chicken patties or 5 chicken biscuits and even though I have selected 1 buffalo sauce and 2 mustard packets per item you guys only sent 1 buffalo and 2 mustard. That’s not right, what am I supposed to do for the rest of the items I ordered, for my co workers. I tried to call your location several times to complain and get it resolved yet no one answers. “My team member and I visited Chickys this past Sat for a tasting as we are organizing a large BBQ. We met with owner Asad who is a true professional and friendly guy. We tried multiple items including chicken sandwich, chicken and fries, BBQ chicken and rice and Mac and cheese and everything was Super fresh and absolutely delicious. I took the leftovers home and my family also said the food is super tasty. We are really looking forward to our guests enjoying this delicious food at our picnic.“

“I went to pick up my online order on a Sunday evening and the place wasn’t busy, but there were a few customers dining in. My order was ready on time, BUT, two of the six sauces that I requested (two orders of three different sauces) weren’t in the bag. I should’ve checked my bag before leaving, but oh well.I ordered two 1/2 chicken meals, a small side of plantains, and churros. Everything had a good flavor. My favorite was the yuca. Although it was more dense than I’m accustomed to, the season and flavor made up for any shortcomings. I added a bit of their cilantro lime sauce to it and that made it even better. I heard that it’s also good with their chimichurri.I would try Cookoo Rico again, but I probably wouldn’t use an online order app due to the pricing difference.Parking: I don’t know if they sometimes have issues with people frequenting other local businesses and using their parking lot, but I did see signs on several spaces that mention 24-hour parking surveillance. The parking lot was mostly empty when I visited on a Sunday evening.“

“We visited Pio Pio at Glen Cove with a large group not too long ago.The whole group enjoyed the various dishes they selected. The space is open and had a bar towards the back. The establishment also offers valet parking.I wouldn't mind visiting more often if it wasn't so far north. All in all, I would visit again when close to the north shore.“

“This was maybe my second or third time ordering here. I’ve always passed the restaurant and thought nothing of it until someone wanted bubble tea and asked to go here. That was my first time stepping into Dango. I didn’t realize there was food. I have to say: hands down best customer service ever. The honey pineapple chicken was my favorite. I always add extra rice cake with it. Their rice dishes are great too. For the price, you do get a lot of food. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but from what I have tried, I can’t say anything bad about anything I’ve ordered. I’ll always go back for that honey pineapple chicken but do give their other dishes a try. Want a little mild or spicy? They got that too for their grandma chicken. They are my go-to for something close by.“
“I went in to take my wife out for a bite on Sunday night. The food all freshly made from the sandwich to the fries and the southern fried chicken. I got the pastrami with chicken sandwich and it is good for 2 meals. The fries were not oily neither the regular nor the sweet potato. The wait for the food was not long at all. My wife ordered the special 2 piece chicken with fries. Slushies were good despite my brain freeze. The staff behind the counter explained the sandwich menu very simply and was very courteous and kind. Kudos. “I ordered from here on doordash. Waited over an hour. No food. This restaurant called me and told me that no one has come and no one is waiting for the food like doordash said. They took the time to reach out to inform me that my food was waiting. Not only did they do that, but remade the food because we said we would come to get it personally. The food here is always amazing. The open steak sandwich is top tier. The burgers are juicy and tasty. And the salmon is delicious. Amazing food mixed with phenomenal etiquette. You can't beat it. Do not sleep on this place.“

Service was speedy, liked that they kept a bottle of water and the table and yet were still attentive to water. They also gauged our spice tolerance (chose mild) and gave chili/spice on the side just in case to taste. Had several dishes to share: Appetizers: Califlower Manchurian, solid crispy on outside and of course tender but not mooshy as it can get Dishes: Hakka Noodles, a highlight! Great taste with the freshness/crisp veggies and firm but not too firm noodles. Lamb Vindaloo, delicious good amount of spice and lamb was at a good level of tenderness Goat Rogan Josh, similar to the above gindamoo really enjoyed the taste and meat texture.
