I've written maybe 2 or 3 interviews and this place deserves one. The bagels alone here are so great and I've lived in white plains for a while and settled on a couple other mid tier places but this is my new go to. If you have the time in the mornings definitely stop by and get a bacon egg and cheese. The service is also top notch, the women in the front is very friendly while my man cooks it up in the back. I have been here many times and was very impressed with the quality of their bagels and the competency of their staff. However, yesterday a new worker was both very rude, and placed an already toasted bagel in my order. I called to speak to a manager about what happened, because it seemed way out of character with the quality of this establishment. Pleasantly surprised by how good a sausage egg and cheese rom here was. That gets 5 stars. However, that being said, for a place that has Bagel in the name, don't expect to get a good bagel here. More of the quality that you would get at stop and shop and not an actual bagel shop.
