When we went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, it had the name Makondo, not Pantojarse.The environment in Makondo was welcoming and warm, with a mural of los cafeteros that immediately lets you know you're in Colombia. There is a take-away area at the front where you can purchase breads, arepas, and other easily portable foods, in addition to the tables and seating area in the back of the restaurant. The food was amazing!!! Each one our orders, the Lomo Saltado, the Saltado Mixto and the Bandeja Paisa were so delicious...each meal was huge, we all took half home!!! And great service!!! Will definitely be back when we're in White Plains.

Such a cute place. The food was really good (everything I tried except the beans which had no flavor?). The staff were really nice and helpful. They have fast service as well. I would definitely go again.
