My family and I had such a special night at Giancarlos, as we celebrated my daughter's graduation. The food was delicious! From the appetizers and entrees to the desserts...everything was served hot and beautifully presented! Jack was our server and was so professional and has such an incredible personality! He made our night even more memorable. Could not have wished for the night to be any better!
Wow, wow, wow. My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday a few years ago and were blown away by the quality of the food. The most memorable item was the crab ravioli.
Came back about a year later for a wedding party in one of the rooms and the service was impeccable. They were so accommodating and so attentive. Food was delicious, regardless of how big our party was.

All food was excellent! Dined with another couple on the same track as us: Husbands had the Bolognese; wives had lasagna (which is prepared deliciously different than traditional). All had the special peach and cherry salad. Shared a pepperoni pizza appetizer that has honey added-really wonderful! Also each needed to try Mamma's Meatball (large enough to divide into 4 regular size meatballs) All the sauces (sorry, NJ, not “gravies”) were robust. Unfortunately no room...
