“We’ve eaten “Chinese Food” all across the country and I’ve never written a review. We are visiting from another state and decided to try King Express take-out. My wife had the sesame chicken and I had beef and broccoli. The food was really good and fresh/hot. The only thing negative I guess I could say was my wife doesn’t like broccoli and they put her sesame chicken on a bed of it. No problem. More for me! The reason I had to do a review was the fried rice. I know, who gets excited about a side of rice, right? I hate most fried rice with the bits of egg, peas, and carrots. I have to pick around that stuff, but this rice was honestly the best I’ve ever had. None of that other stuff previously mentioned. This had little bits if fried pork and onions and a nice subtle pork flavor. I’m not a rice fan really. I usually finish my food and have a bunch of rice left, but this time I had some dinner left but finished the rice! My wife is a VERY picky eater and loved the sesame chicken. I saw one post here that said it was overly sweet but hers wasn’t that way at all. Very good and it’s too bad we leave town tomorrow. Thank you for an awesome, delicious dinner!“

Everyone absolutely raved about how delicious the food was! The service was impeccable and they were able to meet every single one of our requests. I couldn't have asked for anything better! “we went to the Boston hotel restaurant for Good Friday dinner. There was a little bit of a mix-up with our order and we had to wait for a little while. The owner came up to us and did more than enough to make it right and make up for it. We were so appreciative of his kindness, generosity and many apologies he gave. Bravo for being such a class act and we cannot thank you enough again for your generosity and making it up to us. Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown. My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

“Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

“I have been "chasing a high" of crispy General Tso's with a specific style sauce and fried rice for a handful of years. I came across this location and had to try the General Tso's. NIRVANA! I had finally found the sauce/crispy combo I had been searching for that I was used to eating growing up in Eastern Erie County. The staff are nice, food is quick and I like sitting at the table looking out the window while I enjoy lunch. It's one dish, to my preferences, but I'd recommend you trying it!“
