Came with a coupon and said they do not honor the coupon despite the fine print only saying the only sandwich they don't honor the 5 meat sandwich. The Indian lady that works at this subway is very cheap on ingredients and skimps out of them. She uses a kitchen scale to measure her meat for the more expensive meat (ex. roast beef) and will take out meat if it goes above the target weight. Bread was so dry and tough that half of it was impossible to eat and discarded, Lettuce was just starting to turn brown - employee began putting it on before I even asked for it. To be polite, I said ok, and scraped it off while eating the sandwich with a fork.
Bathrooms were neglected, stinky, toilet plugged and unusable. No paper towels. I never like to leave a poor review, but do it in public interest for health and hygiene reasons.

Worst experience I’ve had with a subway to date. Awfully unfriendly service and ended up finding a hair in my food the moment I got home. Will not be coming back and would recommend others do the same until there is a shift in employees. Wish I could leave less than one star.
