Tim Hortons staff can be hard to understand, but they try their best. Despite some mishaps with the breakfast sandwiches, the service can be excellent, like when Savannah graciously filled a coffee order at the wrong location. Shazia is a standout, always bringing a smile and remembering regular customers' preferences. Give them a second chance and you might be pleasantly surprised.
