“Amari was our waiter and he was kind and quick! Myself and my three children all got meals. The kids platter was so inexpensive and came with a lot of food! They even have coloring books for the kids! We will continue to come here for lunch and dinner!“

“Very delicious food. I work in East New York, and I saw many truck drivers, workers stopping at lunchtime. I went to the restaurant, the vibe is so cool, and the tacos I ordered had different and good flavors. Fresh food, tasty, and good customer service.“

“Stumbled upon this restaurant after getting off of the LIRR starving and with a dead phone from my college upstate. This was two years ago and I have been here regularly since! Their tacos are insanely good and the women working there are always so kind and helpful. Always leave here happy!“

“We especially love our favorite server, Frankie, who consistently takes great care of us. Food is always delicious and the drinks are spot on! Chris makes us feel like welcomed, valued, guests. This is one of our favorite"go-to" places for a delicious dinner and fabulous cocktails. Who cares if it's noisy? Not us!“

“Great takeout place for anyone who loves Birria. I've tried the Birria Nachos, Birria Mulitas, Birria Tacos, and the Birria Noodles with a large Horchata. They also have tortas and taquitos which are very flavorful, If you love Birria, this is your spot!“

“I was a big fan of the fried fish taco (Californian?). I was very disappointed since it was replaced by Floridian. They don’t taste the same. Any chance to bring back the fried fish taco?“

“I am absolutely thrilled to share my heartfelt gratitude, on behalf of the Center for the Women of New York (CWNY), for the incredible support we received from Avo Taco during our recent fundraising gala, Taste Around The World Fort Totten. Avo Taco truly went above and beyond, and their contribution made this night truly unforgettable. As an organization that heavily relies on the generosity of local restaurants, we couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and enthusiastic partner than Avo Taco. They not only delivered but exceeded all expectations. Avo Taco's commitment to our cause was evident from the moment they stepped in. Avo Taco brought more than just delicious food to our event; they brought a whole atmosphere of festivity. Their staff's warm and friendly presence added a wonderful touch to the evening. The tacos they served were an absolute delight – bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. The guacamole paired with tortilla chips was a crowd-pleaser, and their attention to detail, right down to the decorative beads, truly helped create a festive ambiance. Avo Taco's generous contribution played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our fundraising gala. It's businesses like these that make a significant difference in our community, and their dedication to giving back does not go unnoticed. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Avo Taco to everyone in search of not only delicious food but also a business that is deeply committed to its community. Avo Taco, thank you for making our event a resounding success, and we look forward to continuing to support your business as a token of our appreciation for your unwavering commitment to ours. You have our heartfelt thanks!“
