This French bakery hidden in the heart of Windham NY. The pastries are delicious. We make sure gave we go to the bakery every year when we come up for our family trip. This year we tasted an assortment of cakes, his quiche, donuts and his gluten free cake. You have to try it when you visit Windham mountain.
Antoine never disappoints!! The birthday cake for my wife’s 60th birthday was amazing!! She was so happy! It was beautiful and delicious. He also made our wedding cake and it was also an amazing creation. Delicious and beautiful!! He was very accommodating. He was able to make this custom cake for me with less than 1 weeks notice. La Patisserie Normande is the absolute best! Our friend recommended it to us when we moved to the area and it is truly incredible that talented Antoine has blessed our tiny town with the best pastries, desserts, and quiches!
