Great food and drinks with super friendly staff. The interior is super cosy feeling with great ambiance. We had the pork soup dumplings, steak sandwich, and spaghettini with Italian sausage which were all super tasty. We also had a chai latte and a thai tea. The Thai tea wasn't as quite sweet as what I've had else where but it was still absolutely delicious! The friendly staff and the soup dumplings are definitely the highlights of this place. More than just amazing coffee! My husband and I had been here for breakfast (yum!) But here we were, on a very busy Columbus Day Weekend, visiting local friends. Options were scarce -- everything "fancy" was booked -- so we dropped in to the Local. Not only did we enjoy the food -- the dumplings! the pad thai! -- but we were treated to super-fun live music. Total home run!
