“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!“

I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. If you're wondering if you can freeze bread, yes, yes you can. I grabbed a few and so did my friends and we all agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. If you're in the area, go here, this is a must, grab a bagel or a dozen (I kind of wish I bought more lol).
