I also love that they’re open early, which makes it a convenient stop on my morning commute. “Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. “An unassuming neighborhood coffee shop that is actually sm more. They reallyyyyyy get it right with sourcing beans, making their own delicious syrups, providing cozy and friendly service. Also - this season they have a rainbow cookie latte? Incredible. I’m so glad to pass them on my daily commute.“

I don’t expect a modestly paid part-time to know much or make a “specialty drink.” To quote Quentin Tarantino, “ I buy the god stuff. ‘ Cause I want t taste it” If your “drink” is terrible, send it back.“

“Italian coffeeshop with a Brooklyn-vibe. They serve the common array of espresso drinks and a few Moka pot brews. The napoleatana and the cafe siciliana were both great moka brews in their own right: the former was a solid, traditional but almost medium Italian coffee, while the latter was lighter due to the oat milk. Their coffee is self-roasted different profiles than what you’ll find in Italian coffeeshops in West village. I recommend checking this shop out and trying the moka brews.“

“We were in Tarrytown on vacation and stopped in. I love to pick up local goods to bring home and I was not disappointed. Patrons and staff were kind and efficient. The Witch’s Brew beans I brought home are wonderful, mild, and full of flavor. Can’t wait to break into the second bag of beans I bought.“

“Its the coffee spot in WholeFoods. It’s a great spot for coffee, maybe the only one walking distance in the area and the quality is good. Problem is that WholeFoods isn’t operating it fully, so the shop closes at 3p…! Otherwise, a great spot to stop for coffee along the water.“

As a first-time shopper, I felt overwhelmed by all the machine options and coffee varieties, but Kaitlyn and Angelise were incredibly helpful. They were patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even offered samples so I could try different flavors.
