“I visit this Dunkin’ regularly, and I have to say, the customer service here is absolutely outstanding. There’s a young lady named Jennifer who works at this location who truly makes the whole experience special. She is incredibly sweet, talkative, and genuinely caring the kind of person who can brighten your entire morning before you’ve even had your coffee.Every time I walk in, she greets me with the warmest smile and a positive attitude that never feels forced. “In all my years of living I’ve never received such great customer service. I did not get the workers name but she was such a pleasure. As well as the other staff. So s/o to the the young lady working the register on 9/19 around 10:45am and the rest of the team as well.“

“Very clean facility, but I have to say that one of my favorite things about this specific location is the beautiful fall decorations. Every year it seems people are getting more and more aggressive with the spooky decor to the point that my young kids are scared to go to certain places. I absolutely love the beautiful artwork that this Dunkin has painted on their windows! Absolutely beautiful and something that will last through the whole autumn, not just Halloween, and something that is not scaring my four year old when we decide to go out for a treat.“

“I can't say how pleased I am with their service. They greet you and expedite your order very quickly. They have been discovered!! Lol Its the busiest in the mornings for both onsite and on the go. They might need an extra hand to continue expediting both types of customers orders quickly.“

very funny when people reviewing make it seem like one employee is to blame for EVERYTHING happening.Not the fault of someone working hard in all jobs with very little staff.

Worker telling me in this location,how little employment for how busy it get making order for,customers that go in,order online for going in,delivery,or driving to pickup online order,not only order in drive thru,all at once and ADD that with all the other things I can imagine still have to do for the store.every ordering expected for what look like short staff sometime.

so if in a rush,go to any other place for breakfast food coffee or donut especially fast food chain hahaha have many other locations.you have spare time?then by all means patience,if no time,you're the person only you can really blame thinking something otherwise.

I hope these people working this location are able to find more good workers to make the dunkin donut service reasonable speed,regardless,I got what I paid for.“

“I LOVE THIS PLACE! This place is the VERY BEST Dunkin I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS friendly and fast. They remember my favorites and get them ready as soon as they see me walk in the door - I love that!. It always lifts my spirit to see my favorite persons behind the counter. One day, I accidently left my wallet home, AND THEY STILL SERVED ME - INCREDIBLE.With the thousands of High School kids from across the street, I don't know HOW they manage, but they do- and they do it well. Great place, run by really good people!

“I mostly come this Dunkin a lot in a week and I want to appreciate the Girls they work very hard they have online customers and counter both and they just try their best to do faster service bt still sometimes some customers are very rude to them and use slug language to them but still they are very nice and try their best to handle the situation keep it up Girls ?“

“I like this place but they don't have enough people working there. In addition, today I noticed a new guy that was working there. He was very aggressive, had his long hair hanging out, no bandana, and a ring in his nose. He was yelling at one of the nicer workers in front of me. I was unplesantly surprised to see that.“

“When they're overwhelmed they really are overwhelmed you can order an advance on a mobile app and you still have to wait for your stuff. Also there are times where I will put my order in and they do a half ass job on my order. Sometimes their coffee doesn't taste strong, or they burn or under cook the food.“

“Friendly and always seems to get my wife's order right . Tends to be depended on who's working though as some of the other members seem to not either understand orders when explained correctly, or not really wanting to work. As someone who works retail as well I know how that goes but do your best to give the best experience. We're all human of course but still there's a level of professionalism that should be on display here . The one girl is awesome everyone else not so much“

“One of my favorite Dunkin locations.Staff there is great.Ordered my Matcha Latte Iced. The staff asked if I wanted sugar. I ordered Donuts for my family. They were carefully placed in the box and the donuts are always fresh. The staff put the donuts on a Dunkin bag for me.The staff cooking the food was great. The staff bagged the avocado toast in a separate bag. The other breakfast items I ordered were 6 piece hash brown, snacking bacon, and two piece omelette bites egg white veggie. The food was great. Staff told me to have a great weekend and I told them to have a great weekend. Highly recommend.“
