“It's ok, go there almost everyday and the only time I get a free coffee is if I have enough points. I used to go somewhere else but I moved far from them. The coffee is very watery so I have to add a turbo shot and has it cost more because of it, mind you there's no tables for seating“

I was unaware it would be put in as a “complaint” for the location’s manager to address - so I’d like to come on here and say how absolutely incredible the staff is here. I come here almost every morning and they are always working hard and have great memory of the customers they consistently interact with. The staff I have been interacting with for years are always quick on their feet and very accommodating even during the busiest hours. The manager(s) are always calm yet diligent.
