“What can I say? It's DD! It's very well lit. Nice atmosphere. Very clean. The workers are very nice & accommodating. They do have Baskin Robbins ice cream there. I'd go early though bc they run out of munchkins & donuts quickly. They close early, which stinks!“
“I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin. The staff was unfriendly, but what really bothered me was the food handling. An employee used a spatula to scrape dirt between the shelf or to pulled the shelf up with it I didn’t understand what he was doing but then immediately used that same spatula to spread avocado on my toast without cleaning it first. It was very unhygienic and honestly concerning to watch. I hope management takes cleanliness and food safety more seriously.“

“My favorite Dunkin! I usually just do a pick up order, but whenever I see the team at this location, they always bring a smile to my face and brighten up my mornings - they are all so nice and welcoming. When I do walk in order, they are all extremely helpful with all of my questions, haha. I really love coming here and it is so convenient since I work in BTC. The District Manager/owner [?] is also very kind when I see him. Always a great experience here. Thank you for everything! :)“
“Laiba is an amazing employee at Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 17 in Paramus. I’ve been there several times and she is always positive, friendly, and provides service with a smile. I’ve seen her doing everything from pouring coffee and preparing bagels to keeping the store clean and sweeping the floors. She consistently goes above and beyond, no matter what task needs to be done. It’s refreshing to see someone take so much pride in her work and maintain such a positive attitude. Employees like Laiba are a big reason customers keep coming back. Keep up the great work!“
