staff very friendly, service was quick. Drinks are good and place is clean. Nice calm and comfortable place to meet with friends or family. Great lunch hour bite and prices are good especially for the amount of food.
I took a date here on Tuesday December 17, 2019 as "Rice Star" is conveniently next to the Alamo movie theater and has easy parking. We were seated as soon as we walked in. One side was empty the other had guests. The table was spacious and the seats gave us the standard amount of room. The establishment was clean. I'm a regular here. It's not the greatest of all time, but it's very impressive for the price, and compares well to some pricier Chinese restaurants. Sushi is always fresh.
