We placed our order for curbside service at 10:35 am and waited twenty minutes in spot 4 for our sandwiches. Mind you we have three little kids ages 5,3, and 1 losing their minds. The manager came out at 10:55 and hands the bag to my husband with not even a word apologizing for the wait. My husband jokingly said “is it busy in there?” And the manager said “yeah” and walked away. We live 20 minutes away. McDonald's offers a mixed experience. Some found the fries cold and the atmosphere strange, with a smell of weed. However, others praised the excellent customer service, fresh food, and the manager's dedication to accommodating a large order. The playplace was a hit with kids, making it a decent stop on a road trip. The drive-thru has been excellent, with food prepared properly and very friendly employees, everything was quick. This McDonald's is in the top 3 favorites for those who travel around Center State. Service can be slow, but employees are always polite and have yet to forget anything, which is a theme at other McDonald's. The manager working was great and appreciated their work with only 2 people, having a great attitude and really hooking customers up.
