Get it together Wendy's, once again at the drive thru and my order contains COLD & old fries..and had to go inside to request hot fresh fries. Its really sad, this is a constant thing nowadays with Wendy's where you cant get fresh hot fries at this location (oriskany Blvd, utica ny). Do better Wendy's. We customers pay $$$money at your business because we want hot / fresh food!
This location's chicken patties are a lot smaller and lighter than the location less than 10 minutes south. They always forget something, too. This time it was dipping sauce.
Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. I believe it was the manager that let out a couple of curse words while preparing food. The person that took our order only says one thing. Our total. That was it. Not to mention the stone cold fries.
