The food was good, minus one item missing tomatoes. However being charged an extra $31 for someone else's order plus our order wasnt very nice. That was after waiting at the order taker for ten minutes and another ten minutes at the window. Then after spending ten minutes inside explaining what happened to the manager I was told to not raise my voice due to the heat. The heat had nothing to do with my issue. I never write reviews, but WOW — I had to this time.
I came in late night and walked inside, and the manager herself took my order, which already set a good tone. Whatever she’s doing with her team, it’s clearly working.
This was hands down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The food tasted unbelievably fresh, the tacos were perfectly crunchy, and everything was so good I ate almost all of it before I even got home.
