“I had not been to the Levee House in many years. The other day I wanted to take my mom to a lunch with a view, I decided to give it a try. First of all, it has been under new ownership for a few years. The owner/chef, introduced himself to us when we arrived. We were seated by the window and watched the boats and people. The view was beautiful. However, everyone knows about the view. What they may not know about is the food. Mom and I ordered and split the crab/lobster rolls. Both were absolutely amazing and half the price of what I have seen elsewhere. The price for that, sides, a desert, and two sodas was cheaper than a meal at Applebees, but the food, atmosphere, and hometown feel was so much better. This will be a new favorite for our family.“

“My husband and I live several hours away in Ohio but we come back every October to Marietta to visit family. It’s always around our wedding anniversary. We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. “The H.o.W. is the best restaurant in the MOV. I went this week with my aunt. We shared a bottle of wine and their selection was AMAZING, as was their beer selection. Where else in the MOV could you get Jalapeno IPA? For lunch, I had a Mushroom Florentine Flatbread and it was beyond delicious. My aunt had a coconut chicken wrap with fries and loved it. We shared a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. The service was great and we had a lovely experience. We'll be back.“
