“Great food, great friends“

“Kailyn was amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress! We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! Also was my son’s 3rd birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure his day was amazing!!! Overall great service and food! Amazing!!!!!

They worked the crowd, engaged with the crowd and became part of the crowd. In a rare showing of complete class - Brad & Amber donated their tips for the evening back to the event they catered for!!! They brought their own unique personalities and absolutely rocked our event, thank you!! We look forward to booking more appts with these two, just a great experience!“

“Stopped at Bucket Heads last night and the place was packed. But we were able to find a seat as soon as we walked in.
Our server Gabby was on it, within minutes she was already grabbing our drinks and setting up our order. Gabby was very attentive towards us and every other table she was serving.
The food was great 10/10 and definitely a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere and a fun little trivia game for anyone to enjoy.

But the service outweighed it all. That's why I know I'll be back. If you stop here ask for Gabby. She went above and beyond the service expected.

“I was told with excitement, go to Crossroads they have great wings. I was not that impressed. I think what made the experience poor was how they just sit your food out. The game is on people are chatting so if u get to involved you will miss the tex that says your order is ready and your food is just there until you remember or they finally call you out on the mic. Which should be done in tge first place. Wings were pricey and not terrific. I could have given that to Crossroads Church“

“We were looking for a place that had a reuben and we found the Lucky Duck Pub. Ordered our Old Fashiones (Eagle Rare, they have a decent selection of bourbon) those came out and the first drink was all of the Eagle Rare. If you order one, just stir it gently before drinking. Had a pretzel with cheese (we subbed the mustard for extra cheese) and it came out warm and the cheese was very good. Had the Reuben with saratoga chips and the reuben was a generous sandwich with enough meat to make it very good (some reubens are all bread with very little meat, not this one). Also had some onion petals, those were good too. Last was some BBQ wings and unfortunately those were a little dry with BBQ sauce poured over them (BBQ sauce was not warm). They were just ok but we did pack half of those to go. Will try to doctor them up at home. Plenty of parking and enough table seating that you dont have to sit in the bar area to enjoy food. It was a little loud in the bar area but it looked like a big group and they were just having a good time.“

“This was our second time at Valley House. The first time was great, this time was even better! We had a group of 8 and the service was phenomenal! Bella was our server. She was absolutely amazing! “My daughter and I went with friends today for lunch and it was amazing! There was plenty of parking outside (huge new lot!) and a lot of friendly staff members inside. There were giant TVs on every wall, a great food selection and drink menu. We had the deep fried pickles and cheese pulls for appetizers and they were fresh and delicious! They have a ‘Westside Charcuterie Board’ that’s an appetizer sampler platter for only 20.00! The kid meal was a nice size and my daughter loved the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. It was too hot for us to sit outside but the patio seating is really really nice! They have really made it a nice place to check out!“

“We are from Michigan and stopped here while in the area. Drinks were good as well as the food. My husband and I got the pickle spears for an app and then for lunch I got the chicken tacos and he chose the fish tacos. We both thought they were good. Was a little disappointed though, and we wanted to get the funnel cake fries and was told they don’t serve them anymore, even though they still have them on the menu but all in all, we had a great experience. Lauren B was our server and she was great. If ever in the area again, we would come back based on this experience.“

“Went here 11/13/22 with a party of 3 . The food was good . We sat at the bar and the service was deplorable. Who was working the bar??? We felt invisible and totally ignored. The two workers made us feel as we were a hinderance and made sure they did not make eye contact. Everything they had to do for any patron was an issue. No excuse for the service. It was not busy and we are very patient people.“
