“The cleanest KFC I’ve been too. The employees are always on top of things. Alyssa is always so nice and offering a helping hand. The food is fresh and hot! I would recommend this kfc out of all the ones in Akron. I live in green and pass a couple and will drive the extra time to enjoy the experience at the west market kfc!“

“Rachael and her crew are amazing! Occasionally we come in with a large group order and she’s on point! Always extremely helpful, patient and kind which is not always the case with most places. Lots of places cannot cater to us with the degree of customer service & excellence that she does. AMAZING! Thank you

“My favorite place to eat. Quality, clean, friendly, efficient.
Parking: Greensburg, PA has three and they are ALL great with great staff.
Kid-friendliness: I love to see kids enjoying themselves with their families AND they are eating good food.

“very Very VERY SLOW service. I was in here on a Saturday around 6PM to pick up a Door Dash order of 2 small pizzas and an order of Jojos. I waited 25 minutes past the expected ready time, The pizzas were never even started until 5 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be picked up, I saw them being made. The food here is Great as long as you have an hour to wait for it.“

“Came here on Saturday with my young grandson and ate inside. Was so very impressed with the A-1 customer service skills that Nasir displayed, not only to me but to everyone he came in contact with. Keep up the good work young man we need more people like you.“

“I’m a charter bus driver had some hours to spare . I seen this place in front of me read the reviews an was skeptical about it but decided to give it a try anyways ! The food is so fresh a chicken an eggroll is super crispy ! I got the lunch special huge portions ! So happy I gave it a try ! Wasn’t a fan on the rice wasn’t much flavor for me but everything else delicious ! I forgot my drink an called they allowed me to come back in an grab it ! I’m not from here but if i was i would eat here often“
