“The food was absolutely amazing, so I want to start with that. I ordered a giant sandwich, and when I came back into the restaurant, I realized there was no way I was going to eat the whole thing, so I asked the employee if he could cut it into three pieces instead of two.

The man literally gasped — “AHHHHHH” — paused, and then told me, “Normally I can’t, but I’ll do it for you,” like I had just asked him for some enormous special favor. 😂

Then I look over at the giant picture hanging in the restaurant, and the sandwich in the picture is literally cut into FOUR pieces.

But it gets better. While I’m standing there waiting for my food, another guy in line says something about forgetting his card. The exact same employee who just acted like making one extra cut in my sandwich required special authorization says, “I’m not worried about it,” doesn’t ring the guy up, and gives him his giant sandwich for free. 😂

So apparently giving away an entire giant sandwich is no problem, but cutting my paid sandwich into three pieces instead of two nearly broke the man.

All jokes aside, the food was seriously amazing. I’d absolutely eat here again. The whole interaction was just too funny not to share.“

“ordered here a few times and never had an issue. sometimes pickup sometimes delivery through door dash. this last time my order got delivered to the wrong house on a different street. called door dash and got redirected 3 times with no help. called the store and it was refunded and then i ordered again and it was quickly made for pickup. I believe Eric was the one that helped. means alot for good service and I really appreciated it.“
