“As someone with Celiac eating anywhere other than home can be scary. Offering gluten free buns will get me through the door but it’s fresh food and attentive KIND service that will keep me coming through the door and spending my money. My previous visit was 2 star worthy (due to substandard and poor behavior from an employee). Based on that experience, but knowing the food is good I decided to place on online order to avoid the discriminatory behavior I experienced prior. While waiting, I decided to ask a manager about the $6 up charge I received last visit for the exact same gluten free order as this visit. That’s when it was determined I was intentionally overcharged. Management was able to determine who the employee was and then reversed the original charge! and also refunded me for last nights visit too! Not only was my food safely and properly prepared but I was also treated with genuine kindness by the team working last night. I work in this industry and in a post-covid world it’s changed, a lot. I have always cared about the experience my guests have and especially more so because I know how limited I am in where I can safely enjoy a meal. I would like to think my 2 star experience was a “one-off”, as we all have bad days and aren’t always at our best, myself included. The impression I have been left with is that this location has management that cares about guest satisfaction, health and safety standards, and employee coaching. To me, that’s 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
