Jimmy John's in Akron

“WOW, I never thought I would give a 1 star to the place I love eating at. But when you sever me , what it felt like was half a sandwich or better yet half the bread on top where all my toppings were falling off,as I tried eating it. It was just sad! I only ate half of my sandwich . I spent more time picking up the droppings. Shame on you guys!! I probably won’t return for a while, I was that disappointed because I’m sure the sandwich would have tasted perfect ? if it was done right!!

Ok, guys going to let you know what happened after this review! The owner called and deeply apologized and said that should’ve never happened and he explained that the toasted bread shrinks a bit and that was a bit too much. So that shouldn’t happen again. I got store credit for my next sandwich so I’m very pleased. He’ll also be talking to his staff! Thank you for making my day and my next experience with your delicious sandwiches at your store!“

“5 star experience 👍🏽 I Ordered Jimmy John’s for my birthday tonight , Forgot my pickle but it was no big deal🙂 They were super helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to get that to me. Thankyou Jimmy John’s , I will definetly be ordering more“
