Arrived at the Boerne, TX location to pick up a relatives order. Retrieved the order from the kiosk and could tell something was missing. Asked the employee working the counter to help me figure out what was missing. He told me he was too busy to help so I asked for the manager and he said he was one of the managers. Sorry Cody, we don’t treat people like that in Boerne, you need to crawl back wherever you came from and learn some customer service.
Dont go to the one in allegan, Rude, attitude and disrespectful
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
