“The Pizza was very fresh here and I did not have to wait.We called in our order and went and picked it up when they said it would be ready. When I Went, The front doors locked , and there was a sign that stated we had to go through the drive through. Everything was delicious and fresh.
Person who answered the phone was super polite/kind.

“Two deliveries in I find personally the Marco's Pizza from North Hawkins to be the most desirable Pizza that I've had so far the pizza was delivered Street side the way it ought to be I live right in downtown and they delivered it with a smile it was hot it was delicious and it's what our family needed today because of what's going on around us I mean heck sometimes there is no faith like the present thank you very much for the team effort for my Hawaiian pizza and my chicken salad today it was an amazing moment for me I don't go out much“

“We ordered online from this Marcos. Placed the order at 8pm. We kept getting confusing text messages saying the order was on its way, then said it was delivered when it wasn't. When I called the store and explained we didn't get our order and would like our money reimbursed, the manager became very rude and nasty, saying her store has nothing to do with the order since it was outsourced to Door Dash. I didn't order through DD, I ordered from their website. She told me to Google DD customer service and take it up with them. She would not refund our payment even though my credit card was charged from Marcos. Very poor customer service. This manager needs a crash course in customer service.“
