I'm leaving an Anonymous review because I didn't actually walk into the store and buy the bags, so I can't comment on ambience or service. Take my review with a grain of salt as someone who only held the bags and tasted the coffee, but I had to say something about the quality.

Stopped in looking for some whole coffee beans. Left with coffee, tea & biscotti! The staff is awesome, the selection is great! Will definitely return!!
excellent customer service and the quality of the beans are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I found my place to get my coffee now.
