I will have to rate the food and service at this restaurant as Fair. My wife seemed to enjoy the chicken fettuccine but I was disappointed in the presentation of all you can eat fish. I was given what appeared to be a half a pound of french fries and one fish filet at the time it was delivered to me I was asked if I would like another filet put in the oil. Frank's is a nice family restaurant. Whether you take the kids or leave them home you're bound to have a good dinner. I love their stuffed French toast with seasonal fruit, but they have a big menu with a lot of variety. Plus I love patronizing a Christian establishment.

Food was good, but service wasn't great. Staff was friendly, but we waited too long to be waited on and for food. After we got our coffee we realized we didn't have silverware, so after waiting a minute or two my mom got up to get our own (which was in a bin across the restaurant). Place was not busy, so not sure why the wait was so long. When done, we waited on a check, and nothing. Then my dad decided to walk up to the register and ask for it.
