I will NEVER order anything at this Panera again. Rapid pick up in ten minutes turned into me calling into the store 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered curb side. The worker put me on hold to check my order status. Said they were three pages deep in orders and they would get to mine when they could. 15 minutes later I go inside. The workers say they are three pages deep in orders and don’t see my name on the screen. I can hear them chatting amongst each other...read full review
My husband and I were there last Sunday mid morning. Two of the coffees were empty. he waited at least 30 minutes to get his coffee. Young workers were heard using the f word. We are not impressed with the lack of professionalism.
