“This was our first time here with friends who invited us out for the Friday fish fry. Smaller place, very busy, but the staff was on top of it and we had great service, a great time, and the food was fantastic! Lake Erie perch and walleye bites were spot-on. Will definitely stop again whenever in the area.Parking: Parking on street or lot in back.“

“This is a neat little place. We've been here once before on a lazy day and had a few apps and a libation. It has taken us too long to get back considering we only live a mile away. Today we went for the Bloody Mary bar. I liked how they did this...fill out your card and the drink is made to order - perfectly made and spicy; just how I like it.They were busy. The Browns were on TV and we were hoping to see the game. Unfortunately the one table without a view was the only table available. Guess what? As soon as another table opened up, the server asked us if we wanted to move. She did this without us saying anything. How awesome was that?Our food was tasty. Great burger. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy, but that was my choice. I could have ordered regular fries. The pretzel was great, too.We will definitely be back and encourage others to stop by to have a drink, food, and nice times.“

“I was a little anxious pulling in because we’ve never been here before and we just moved to Ohio. I am so glad we stayed and tried it. All of the food was good. The waitress was nice. The fries weren’t seasoned but the burgers were delicious. The blackened fish sandwich was ok. I would eat here again.“

“Well we had a fantastic pizza. It was the special of the night. Brisket or pulled pork, BBQ sauce, red onion, banana peppers & and couple different kind of cheese. We were underwhelmed by the size for $22. But i don't mind paying for good food. I do mind paying more than $2 each for tiny little wings that were not really crispy or meaty. My friend had a huge salad that looked great and he wolfed it down. The white zin wine was delightful. The service was poor but I still tipped decent because I understand that people have to make a living but I really wanted to tip less than 20%. The pizza was great but we probably won't eat in again.“

“Went to eat bailey's for the first time and the wings were enormous and well worth the price, the food is awesome and our waitress was great and understood my son who is autistic, I definitely recommend going there and we will definitely be going “

“I have always had an amazing experience at Smitty's Place. I've been going there since a little kid with my dad and sister and the service has always been phenomenal. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the food delicious, and the signature Smitty burger always hits the spot especially with their amazing cheese curds. Not to mention their menu with many alternatives. I highly recommend Smitty's for a great night out with friends or family. Forever five stars!“

“If you like a small town, cozy bar with fantastic food and delicious drinks come check this place out. The people that come in on the regular are great and the atmosphere is an all around welcoming and comfortable place to be. For all of the negative comments, I don't know how you could have such a bad experience but I encourage a second try. Weve done a lot to try and keep the bad out and pull in nothing but good. No one can judge a place by one's other review so come on down yall and find out how well Whiskeyville Still and Grill will be to you!“

“I go to the speedway periodically in this area and I always thought I'd never go in here because it look like a shack and wasn't my style. Much to my surprise, this was a really nice place. I went here with a group recently, and we sat out on the patio for awhile until it became a bit chilly and the smoke smell got to us from the other people there. We ordered and ate the food inside, which was delicious! I had a cheeseburger and fries, and got the Malibu cocktail drink in a can, which was also prettayyy, prettayyy, pretty good. There was only one worker that night, but she managed to do a great job with everything. I'll have to come back again sometime.“

“This was my 1st visit to Scorchers in Lorain. I had bone in wings with Wicked sauce, which were very well portioned and the heat on the sauce was 6/10. The highlight for me though was the 6 fried pierogis appetizer with butter, onions, and sour cream! Topped off with a pint of local Ohio beer on tap, it was a perfect lunch.“

“The waitress was a real sweetheart, on her first day on floor by herself. She was very good! And I experienced the zucchini planks that has become my favorite food ! Can't get them off my mind there soooo good ! Wings are the best too. Excited to try other things on menu, I've heard the ribeye rocks !“
