“1st time trying and so sorry I slept on this local eatery. I ordered the GOAT and a Thai salad. the sandwich was so good and well made. the ingredients were evenly distributed on each bite. very good flavor profile. The salad was so fresh and the balance of savory, sweet and spicy was perfectly done. it so refreshing to have a healthy and fast option that cares about the ingredients and quality of the food they sell.“

“I would like to thank the staff! I had a flat tire and I came in with my twin boys to eat and wait for the tow truck . Everyone was so kind . You guys really lived up to your reputation. If I had to be stranded waiting for a tow truck there’s no other place I would have liked to have been . Craig was great he really kept the boys entertained ! Actually everyone was great !! “Our time at olive garden was great! Our servers name was nate! He is the real mvp! Greatest server around town! This man truly deserves a raise. “Went to the one in Boardman OH. The carpet smelled terrible. I was disappointed that they dont allow you to take home a soup. I dont go as often as I used to. The waitress was nice but never brought me my second bowl of soup or salad, then made a fuss when she allowed me to have one to take home. I added the all-you-can-eat can eat salad to my meal and took the lasagne home for my husband.“

“You get the same Chick-Fil-A food here and all as you would at any other location, But what bums me out is that since this location is a so called "express" location, they are not allowed to take any gift cards that I have gotten as gifts. Either way food and service is still good like any other location, just wish I could use my gift cards here so I don't have to go sit in the 1/2 mile drive through lines at some of the other nearby locations.“

“I've been eating there for more than 15 years and it's always been Great! The private hut rooms are cool and enjoyed sitting at the sushi bar too! I've eaten many pounds of their cuisine, never a problem. It's a family run multi generational business, competing with the conglomerates! Cut them some slack, please.“

“I want to sincerely thank this location for taking a very last minute catering order to accommodate my daughter’s birthday lunch wishes! They were super busy when I arrived. I didn’t wait very long past my pick up time and their staff, although running like crazy to accommodate inside, drive thru and third party delivery orders, SUPER FRIENDLY to everyone that enters. Everything was great!“

“I ordered a delivery on the app and my food never got delivered. when I called, I did not that Panerai did not have their own delivery drivers. my order was stolen from the third party service. However, I called the store and told them of the situation and that I am quarantined. The girl on the phone was so sweet and had another sweet employee deliver my food in great time. I am very appreciative of the great service. I didn't catch either girls' names for the phone and delivery, but thank you so much !! They even added a second cookie to my order and the Mac was delighted as always. Great customer service. Thank you, again!!“

“This was a super friendly location. The manager (I believe) waited on us and was very friendly and suggested I try the new steak sandwich. It was really good. The customer service was awesome!! Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I enjoyed his customer service skills.“

“I really want to love this place but I just can’t keep giving my money to a place that is so badly run. Drinks are never the same. Very inconsistent. Sometimes they are ok but sometimes it isn’t mixed correctly or they put the wrong amount of ingredients in or it’s just missing something altogether. I order the same drink and it’s never the same. I don’t understand how this happens. It’s been getting worse. Does anyone there ever taste the products they are making to make sure they are correct or taste good ? I shouldn’t have to keep asking for my drink to be remade every time. And then it still isn’t right. At $7 for a smoothie it’s just throwing money away going here. Employees are mostly teenagers that just don’t seem to care or maybe they just aren’t trained properly. Very sad because this could be a great place, but it’s just managed poorly. I used to get 2-3 drinks a day for me and my family but I just can’t waste money here anymore I sent an email to corporate and didn’t receive any reply. I hope they get better.“
