“What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!“

“So the food was decent. They are restarting the kitchen, so the menu was basic, and I feel like the Bayou chicken needed some more spice. However, Yorel and Rodger were fantastic. They did their best to run food, check on food, and they maintained a good service level despite others' shortfalls.“

“I ordered a $12 corn beef I asked for the bread to be toasted. She tried to charge me more because she said that's a ruben just for you to toast the bread OK. I went inside I ordered a fry it was a handful of fries for $3. Tell me why I get to my car to eat my sandwich and my sandwich is cold. “So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

Our waitress was very rude n even yelled at us when ordering, she didn’t come check in nor did she fill our drinks and was snotty the whole time. At the end we did not leave her a tip because a tip is earned it’s a privilege not a requirement. When leaving she came to our vehicles to yell at me n my buddies for not tipping again if you do your job you get a tip. She stated she only makes $5/hr n relies on those tips and once again I will say do your job and you will be tipped generously. Orrrr get a better job:) again the food was good but service was very poor“

“I like Sassys, but there updates on their Facebook account can be very misleading at times when it comes to music. Have told them about it at least six times. I was just up at Sassy's Friday 12-1-22 and they told me that Jam night started at 8:00 like it always does on the first Tuesday of every month. So had a group of people meet us up there today Tuesday on 12-6-22 only to find out that it was canceled. Nothing posted on Facebook which really really stinks. Told them to post, as soon as they know, if they don’t want to piss off their customers. The Union house bar always has a call up filler band come in during any cancellations. 12-6-22 8:15pm.“

“Stopped here for lunch between jobs. Small place, friendly environment, not a huge menu. Got the Chicken Philly and if it wasn't the best sandwich I've ever had. Great seasoning/sauce, fresh bun, loaded with chicken. You'll need a fork to finish it. Fries were great too. 10/10 overall. As far as bar food goes you can't find better, although you wouldn't have a problem finding something more expensive. Beer, sandwich and tip cost me $20. I'll make a point to go back whenever I'm in the area. I'd put this kitchen up again any bar in Northeast Ohio.“

“The brisket from B2’s Bourbon & BBQ is the best brisket I have ever had, 5 stars. I have tried many other restaurants, even ones out of state, but they don’t compare. The meat is always tender and delicious. I have also had pulled pork, which is also great. The brisket is my favorite—the way they season and smoke it is just simply delicious.“

The manager Caleb even stopped by to make sure everything exceeded expectations which it did! My first stop in and I will definitely be back!
