“Long wait but it wasn’t to bad staff were friendly and smiling my only gripe was it was so cold in there!! I’mAssuming no heat or it wasn’t working food was hot and delicious!!! I’m so happy they opened one up in my neighborhood I was so tired of driving to Beachwood Place welcome ??

“Heard nothing but great things about this place so I stopped by because I was fairly close by and I had a craving for a cheesesteak. Unfortunately after driving around the block 3 times, I couldn’t find a place to park. “I’m so glad Charley’s Cheesesteaks are popping up, it’s been awhile since I’ve had one at Randall Mall (telling my age) but any who, it’s still really good. This time I got the wings and they were exactly what I was looking for. My husband had the chicken Philly, it had plenty of meat and for the size it was worth the price. “I love the food here. It’s literally the taste I crave all the time while I’m pregnant. The waffle fries and Roman burger are my favorite. I dip my sandwich in the cheese and it’s just amazinggg. It’s kinda costly and I always debate whether I want this or Charley’s but they win most of the time!“

Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.

“My husband and I tried this for the first time today and would both highly recommend! The sandwiches and fries are delicious and the staff/management were so nice and welcoming. The sandwiches are customizable so being a picky eater wasn’t an issue for me :)“
