“Yes, the food was delicious, however it's the remarkable customer service I am compelled to acknowledge. There was an unusual delay with our meal, and I greatly appreciate how our server and the managers handled it. I'll shorten their names and say Can, Andra, and Joe (can't shorten that...lol) were all wonderful. In a society in which customer service appears to have been thrown out the window, it was impressively refreshing to see it's still present at this Bob Evans. I understand mishaps happen. What caused your service to stand out was the way you chose to respond, particularly our server, Can. She's young and remained confidently calm and courteous while staying on top of the matter. You all did well, and my father and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!“

“After a long day of work we stopped at this Bob Evans to have a nice meal and had the best experience with our server Diamond. She was the nicest server I have had the pleasure of meeting. After a mixup in the kitchen, she made sure everything was taken care of and made sure everyone and everything at our table was okay. “I love the food. They have some of the best biscuits in the business, and of course we ordered 4 biscuits and only 1 comes in the box, smh. Of course the kids like the biscuits and they split the one biscuit. I guess it was my fault for not checking the box. At least the kids were happy.“
