Very disorganized food service. Employees were wiping noses with their hands. Two employees who were dining there left a big mess on the table and floor. Two hairs in one burger and another undercooked. Steak not prepared as requested. We were credited for the burgers. Table next to us was also experiencing problems with their order. The hairs in the burger though was the worst part. It seemed intentional.
Will never return to this place. Employee was leaving and just had to stop and light his cigarette before walking out the 2nd door
So my husband asked him why couldnt he just wait to light up outside.
Then employee proceed to cuss at us.
I called in to let manager know….which he tried saying he had no male employees working today.
Ok buddy, do you let customers in the back kitchen? This is where we saw the man coming from.

Went in around 5:00 on Sunday looking for a table for 2 stood up front for probably 5 minutes before being greeting with "we have a 35 minute wait and only 1/2 our menu" we turned around walked out the door drove across the street to BJ's. I truly do not understand how this place is still open.
