Absolutely rude! I came to store on 3/1/2022 at 9:20 and was told fryers were down , and I could not order. Returned today at 8:24 and was told fryers were down and I had to wait. When I inquired why. Are the fryers always down. The head chef became very nasty and rude and said that fryers close at 9 daily when I asked then why doesn’t store notify customers that the full menu isn’t available after a certain time. Or why were the fryers down at 8 he became very aggressive...read full review
Online ordered ahead by more than 30 minutes, and food was not ready on time. Then when I got home and opened the order was SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a chicken tender kids meal. Recieved a bowl with 2 burnt(blackened) chicken tenders and a juice box. I could understand if the kids meal concept leaves something to be desired, but it was also late and burned.
