“This is the best sushi I’ve ever had in Ohio which doesn’t sound all that great but trust me you’ll LOVE this place. The staff is so sweet. The miso soup or ginger salad are ridiculously scrumptious, the gyoza always perfect. The dancing dinosaur is a tempura fried sushi roll with eel, salmon and cream cheese and I don’t even know what else. It’s my favorite roll it’s fried but it’s delicate and light and savory in the most perfect way. PLEASE blow this place up it’s genuinely one of the best restaurants this side of Ohio. You won’t regret coming here. I would upload a pic of the dancing dino roll if I didn’t literally just inhale it. This wonderful family deserves all your love and sushi funds.“
“We had a table of eight. Seated right away.Service was great. Our waitress Puiy was very charming and attentive. Everything came out fast, but we were never rushed. We had a few appetizers - sushi, cheese Rangoon, chicken egg roll - and all of them were very goodI had the Crunchy (Crispy?) Pad Thai, which was good but not great. I'd try something else next time. Others really liked their foodPricing was reasonable. About $140 before tip (we had no alcohol). My one complaint is that adults could not order the popcorn chicken off the kids menu. We have adults that do not like Thai food, so that will limit how likely we are to come back.“
“Wow! I didn’t expect such amazing service and food from a strip mall restaurant! Our handsome waiter was uber attentive and gracious, always correctly anticipating our needs and asks. The food was flavorful and portion size was great! I didn’t need a to-go box, nor was I stuffed to the point of discomfort. Felt very cozy and calming to eat here. Highly recommended!“
“I have been a patron at Thai Silver Spoon for a few years now and I am so glad I stumbled upon them! They have been consistently delicious every single time from the very first time. The restaurant itself is small and cozy, a dimly lit atmosphere that feels welcoming. Service has always been top-notch, friendly and efficient. My favorite dishes are: Cashew Nut Rice (w/ chicken), very tasty chili sauce with lots of umami flavor, I like to make it extra spicy. You MUST use a spoon to scoop the sauce with every bite- so delicious! The Pad Thai is also delicious, pineapple fried rice (w/ shrimp), the red curry and the Tom Kha soup (w/ chicken) as well! (I have ordered the soup with tofu before- they cut it in large cubes and fry them.) I 20/10 recommend this place if you love thai food!“
“This is the best food I've had in a really long time. Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere. My husband and I now consider this one of our favorite date night locations. Edit: We were a bit disappointed that they no longer serve the Octopus Salad but all other dishes were great.“
“This is by far one of the best places I have eaten in a while! The food was delicious and well made! Quality ingredients and great presentation! The service was excellent AJ was very nice and knowledgeable about the food! The higher price is worth what you are getting! I definitely recommend you try them!“
“A classy atmosphere with very good Thai and friendly service, my only negative is that the food, while very good, is not quite as flavorful as some more authentic Thai restaurants that I have eaten. I got the spicy level of 4 of 1 to 4. They do have a more authentic Thai spice level that can be ordered. I wish I had done that. Might be more authentic. I will probably order that next time as it was definitely worth going back to eat at. Maybe the overall flavor will be more robust too. It is an excellent American Thai restaurant with an upscale flare.“
“The absolute best if there was a bad review placed i appalled the customer service is amazing the ambiance is amazing the food is amazing I mean what else could you want in a restaurant hands down the best asian food in the dayton and cincinatti area“
“We found our place! Everything was amazing! Eggrolls, fried wontons, general tso's chicken, pepper steak & onion...delicious!! We've tried 2 other places in dayton and there's no need for us to try another. So far, this is the best in dayton. Thank you for great quality food!! Very impressed! Even though we picked up our order we are looking forward to dining in!“
“We order take out here frequently and feel like it's definitely the best Thai food in the area. So often ThaI food can be super greasy but this is not. Flavors of curry are great as well as all their noodle dishes the only con is that there is very little protein in whichever protein you choose“
“Wow!!! why did we wait so long to try it. Over the TOP customer service! Give it a shot again for dinner after a long time. The young Asian woman was very kind and so friendly for her first day, always gave us a very nice welcome smile. She answered all my Thai food questions. I highly recommend this local restaurant with a great variety of dishes! The food is scrumptious and super fresh. Service was quick and very attentive.“
“Had my wedding rehearsal dinner here since my wife and I had such a good time here while we were engaged. The food is really good. Theres a wide variety without it being too much at reasonable prices for a upscale restaurant. I love the fact that they repurposed the place from what was no doubt a turn of the century warehouse too! It gives it a nice level of charm. A wonderful place for a date night or a group outing!“
“I ordered the mago curry here because my go to restaurant was closed. I want to say it was the best decision! The mango curry was to die for. I will not be ordering the mango curry from the old restaurant but here & I say I look forward to going in person:)“
“One of my top 5 restaurants in Dayton - Not only is the food amazing but the owners are very friendly! I always go for Katsu Chicken w dumplings and veggie egg roll!! The crab ragoon are super good too!!! They also have a few vegetarian options. This place is and overall 10/10. If they ever decide to open a location outside of 2nd Street market I would be a LOYAL customer.Vegetarian options: Tofu options, veggie eggrolls“
“Yummy burger indeed! I wish Mama sold t shirts! No joke- easily a 1/2 lb burger cooked fresh in front of our faces. Thick slabs of crispy bacon, crisp lettuce, and melty cheese.Hot and sour soup cooked fresh with crisp vegetables in a portion large enough to be a full meal.“
“I had the panang curry with tofu and spring rolls, and my husband had spring rolls and the chef street noodles with tofu. Both dishes were amazing. My curry was the perfect mixture of sweet and spicy. We will be back soon!Vegetarian options: You choose your protein, and they have tofu as an option. It's even vegan friendly since they make the curries with coconut milk.“
“I absolutely love time for noodle. The owner Wendy is super nice and the quality of their food has always been amazing. I have been a loyal Patron ever since they were located up on the North side of Huber next to the BMV. Really a great place to get some great food.“
“I grade hard maybe 1 in 20 are a five. Maybe 2 in 20 rate a 4 where everything is above average. We had two versions of basic chicken dishes, orange chicken and general Tao's chicken. BOTH WERE NICE renditions of the dishes. The fried rice nothing to write home aboutParking: Large strip mallKid-friendliness: Not really a kid environment“
“We love this place! The food has been good each time we come and the service is friendly. Considering all the food we get and how good it tastes, the price is great.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians have options for appetizers, sushi, and main dishesKid-friendliness: They have high chairs“
“Food is absolutely amazing! However, their hours of operation suck so much. They are not consistent at all. They have closed signs saying they open a certain time but their website/ google says different. It’s like they don’t want to make money “
