“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“absolutely delicious experience. The conveyor belt featured a wide variety of appetizers, salads, fresh fruit, sushi, nigiri, and dessert. our waitress was super attentive and extremely polite. The atmosphere is very fun and entertaining as you watch the conveyor belt, the trams on top of the belt, and the robots delivering hot and fresh food. our waitress was on top of our drinks and explained the iPad and the conveyor belt system very well. Will definitely be back. for the two of us with a generous tip, it was under $50.“

“my son and I eat at cherryhouse cafe Everytime we want to have a great meal and excellent service. we prefer to get our order to go and Chris always takes care of us. he provides the best service I have ever received at a establishment!!!!! they are always very busy but he still takes the time to be so kind and friendly. he works the drive thur the counter and helps everyone. on top of that all the employees are kind and smiling and very busy. Taco shell was straight out of a box ground beef had no flavor, the chunks of steak in the burrito had no flavor, hard to chew and the shrimp still had shells on the tail inside the burrito. Huge let down. Do not recommend. Make the drive and go to Mi Pubalos in Mt Clemens.“

“It's Easter Sunday and I placed an online order. I picked it up and got home only to find out the biscuits were missing to go with the sausage gravy. I had guests coming in 30 minutes. I called them up and explained and I don't know if it was the manager or who, but she asked for my address and delivered them 20 minutes later. Now that is service! Thank you Bob Evans! “Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“The service here is always amazing, but we've been really disappointed with changes to the food. Red Lobster used to have our favorite fries, but now they're terrible and basic. You can't get simple things like combos of shrimp, which used to just be on the menu. And almost nothing tastes the same as it used to. I guess new ownership means terrible food. We're so disappointed, because we always loved Red Lobster. We're not sure we'll go back now.“

“Cool local pizza, subs & taps sports bar. Super friendly staff. Excellent draft beer selection and full bar. Dakota, the bartender, makes a great margarita! They have a nice long bar and a bunch of tables as well as huge screen TVs. The kitchen even stays open until bar closes.“
