“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

Our server stayed on top of our every need without our promting. Which is hard to find these days. The restraunt looked very clean & tidy. Our food was excellent, even the kids' meal. The steak prices have gone up a little, but I do not mind paying more for a great steak and believe me, "it was." ALWAYS, remember to tip well when things go this great.“

When I asked the server about what was sent out, she got attitudinal. I gave it back and told her to take it off my bill. I wanted a wedge salad (which is on their menu)... Not a deconstructed conundrum. Change the name on the menu... WEDGE Salad is such, globally -- Even in the UK.“

Taco shell was straight out of a box ground beef had no flavor, the chunks of steak in the burrito had no flavor, hard to chew and the shrimp still had shells on the tail inside the burrito. Huge let down. Do not recommend. Make the drive and go to Mi Pubalos in Mt Clemens.“

“It's Easter Sunday and I placed an online order. I picked it up and got home only to find out the biscuits were missing to go with the sausage gravy. I had guests coming in 30 minutes. I called them up and explained and I don't know if it was the manager or who, but she asked for my address and delivered them 20 minutes later. Now that is service! Thank you Bob Evans! Everything was in order and in a timely manner and was kept in the loop about my take out order continuously…I’ve always loved this location but Oz makes the experience that much better! “Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“
