“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“I got French toast with whip cream and strawberries and it was more then I had on the card I had ro pay I was 1$ and s I me change short and they gave me it for less after I had already told them b4 they made it I didn't have enough money. It was so kind of them to still give me the food and they took care of the amount I was short. It was 10$ and change and I only had 9$ and change

“It's clean however very homey. The food is amazing I have eaten here twice and both times I cleaned my plate. The owners are extremely kind. Service was fast even though the place was little full. I went on Mothers Day weekend it was really affordable also. Great breakfast“

“I ordered catering for a Bridal Shower and worked with the GM Vonda. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ordered correctly and we received everything perfectly. I talked with her multiple times leading up to the event and she checked in with me regularly. It was the easiest most pleasant experience I have ever had ordering catering, not to mention the food was delivered hot and absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be a returning customer and I am very grateful for Vonda making my sisters day so special.“

“I love love love this place. As a native Clevelander, I'm ashamed to say that I waited until post 40 to visit. Its been here my whole life and I finally made it. And then I made it again. And again. And again. I love it. The food is incredible, cooked with love and consistently prepared well. I am dying to visit again and soon. The prices are phenomenal. This is old school restauranting right here. Big Plates, Small Checks. I would eat Angela's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the month and not tire of them. The menu is that vast. The food was absolutely amazing — hot, fresh, and exactly what you want from a good breakfast. I had the hotcakes, 2 meats, eggs, and home fries, and they were kind enough to swap my bacon and sausage for the pot roast. Yes, pot roast for breakfast — and it did not disappoint! I also loved that the new lemonade was refillable. Little things like that make a big difference.
My significant other had the fish sandwich and fries, and he thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
But the real star of this visit? Our server, Cory. This man was BUSY — like, genuinely moving — and not once did it break his flow. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and still found time to check in on us throughout the meal. That kind of energy and dedication is rare, and it made the entire experience feel special.
Cory, you are exactly the kind of person a restaurant needs. Great service is what keeps people coming back, and you’ve got it in abundance. Keep shining! 🌟
