“Always a great variety of ice cream! The toasted pistachio in a waffle cone is absolutely delicious! There's handicapped parking, but the door is not automatic, so I had to wait for someone to come along who was willing to open the door for me. The seating was nice, and the tables looked clean. The ice cream is a bit pricey but is very delicious.“

“I have visited this location quite often. The service is great as it a popular sweet treat. Be ready to wait a few minutes in line for cones and shakes but if you are ok to eat from the container ( which I am) you can go directly to the freezer, pick your favorite and fo straight to the cashier. I often eat and enjoy the sunny day or warm night outside where there are tables for groups or benches for couples.“

“My visit today was on a Sunday at approx 6pm or so. I accidently placed the wrong Sundae order and was willing to eat it anyway, but I thought what the heck I'll just be honest and explain what happened. The staff was nice enough to correct my order and offer the Turtle Sundae I desired which was delicious as usual.

Plus - The ice cream always tastes delicious; the service is fast and excellent every time. Even if the line is long it always moves fast. The temperature in the dining area is always comfy whether it is hot or cold outside. The dining area is always clean. Lots of delicious flavors and speciaty items like shakes and sundaes. This has become my fave ice cream spot in NEO.
Minus: Approx 6 unruly, loud, disruptive youth arrived near the end of my visit. I wanted to escort them right out the door, fortunately they didn't stay long. Perhaps this is a new trend in Solon because a similar thing happened in nearby Chick-Fil-A Solon a few weeks ago. Oops I spoke too soon, the bad kis came back :(“

“Im riding past all other ice cream shops and parlors to get my Honey Hut fix. I dont play with the small servings, I go for the large take home packages--I want to savor my creamery for several days, on the couch, in front of my television. 😊“

“I love going to this place they have great service 😄. The drink is always made right 1 thing they could do is keep a better eye on the tapioca the last 2 times I was there the tapioca was hard but other than that the drink is so good . I'll take the drive to come to you guys .“

I have gotten the same things after all these years, which is vanilla soft serve in a cone with a crunch coat. I have not been able to find it anywhere else. “I always love going to Honey Hut when I visit family in Cleveland. I had a twister with cookie dough and brownie bites. I loved it! I’ve had the root beer float and peanut butter ice cream before. There always is a line so make sure to go early if you don’t want to wait. It is worth the wait. I found out they also sell Honey Hut at the Cleveland Zoo. It doesn’t have as many options but it’s still good.“

“Glad to wait in line here. They have the recipe for Euclid Beaches’ frozen custard (which they obtained from Coney Island!) Delish! It brings back such sweet memories. Not located in a high traffic area, but the wait for service, based on the crowds that flock there, say differently. If you’re like me you’ll order a large portion. But hold yourself back! It’s too easy for your eyes to tell your stomach you “need” more! We go to East Coast Custard whenever we can. It’s too good to pass by. (From the throngs of people waiting to place their orders, you’ll probably make some new friends, besides.)“

“I first came to Graeter's about two years ago in June, and I was immediately drawn to the banana chocolate chip ice cream, only to discover that it was seasonal. The rest of the menu is good - we've never been disappointed - but there's nothing else quite like that flavor for me.
They recently added my beloved banana chocolate chip to the permanent menu. Clearly, Greater's knows what the people want, and they aren't afraid to provide it.“

My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“
